Definitely a must-read by everyone in the industry. One great idea after another by colleagues that run large to small businesses proves that great ideas have no boundaries. It's a book that must be read twice, and then left on your desk as a business guide. I continue to reread a chapter every morning in order to iimplement and instill the ideas in my organization and people. If granted, my two wishes would be that you wrote this book thrity years ago, followed by several sequels and that we had started our friendship at a much earlier stage in our lives. My only suggestion to improve on your book would be to rename it, "GREATEST IDEAS of the business world's greatest thinkers," as your book has ideas for everyone and any business. It would be a shame to limit this book to only the alarm industry.
