Garden State Fire and Security Acquired by Select Security

June 13, 2018, Long Grove, IL — Pat Egan, President of Select Security announced that his company has acquired the assets of Garden State Fire and Security, Inc., Matawan, NJ. The transaction included over 2,500 accounts from Garden State along with other assets. Michael Ash remained with the company, along with the entire staff, assuring that Garden State’s customers will have continued high quality service and support. The company will continue to operate as a branch of Select Security.

Pat Egan is responsible for building a powerful security company in many pockets of the U.S. Pat is excited about what this acquisition means to his company’s growth strategy.
