YPS Integrated Systems Acquired by Select Security

June 18, 2018, Long Grove, IL — Pat Egan, President of Select Security has announced that his company has acquired the assets of YPS Integrated Systems, Inc., Warren, OH. The transaction included over 1,700 accounts from YPS along with other assets. Les Zatko and Kevin Tanko, owners of YPS, remain with the company along with the entire staff, assuring that YPS customers will have continued high quality service and support. The company will continue to operate as a branch of Select Security.
