Adler Alarm Acquired by Bay Alarm

Long Grove, IL April 18, 2011 — Adler Alarm, Inc. located in San Juan Capistrano, California has been acquired by Bay Alarm Company with offices throughout California.

Paul and Carol Johnson were the owners of Adler Alarm, Inc. Carol Johnson will be retiring from the company. Paul Johnson will be staying on to continue to service Adler Alarm customers and to help grow the company.
