ADS Security (Nashville) Acquisition in Savannah, GA
Long Grove IL, March 22, 2010 — ADS Security, Nashville, TN, announced on Friday, March 19th, that it had completed an acquisition of the Savannah, GA accounts of Alarm Center Security Systems, Inc.
Brian Watson, President of Alarm Center Security Systems, Inc., which is headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA, had this to say: “It was of paramount importance to us that our customers in the Savannah, GA area receive the same quality treatment from an acquirer as we were able to provide in the past. I met Mel Mahler, President of ADS, several years ago and was convinced that if we ever sold, it would be to Mel and his company.”
