(ADS), one of the largest privately held security companies in the U.S., has acquired ACI Systems Corp. of Plano, IL. “This is a strategic purchase for ADS as it resides right within our existing subscriber area. We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver prompt service to local customers, often within the same day,” said Bob Lubic, Executive Vice President of ADS.

(ADS), one of the largest privately held security companies in the U.S., has acquired ACI Systems Corp. of Plano, IL. “This is a strategic purchase for ADS as it resides right within our existing subscriber area. We pride ourselves in our ability to deliver prompt service to local customers, often within the same day,” said Bob Lubic, Executive Vice President of ADS.ACI has been a mainstay in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago for over 30 years. “We have built this business as a family operation from the start and know that ADS will continue the same friendly atmosphere that our customers have enjoyed,” said Wayne Carlson, half of the Wayne and Linda Carlson team.
Carlson will remain with ADS in a sales capacity and assist with the customer transition. ADS will provide alarm monitoring through its award-winning, UL Listed and FM Approved central station located in Aurora, IL.
