Long time industry company owner, Alice Walden, recently sold the accounts and business of ADS, headquartered in Melbourne, FL.  The buyer, ADS of Nasville, was not related in any way to the Melbourne company, but they did share the same name.  In effect, there was no name change in the transaction as far as customers were concerned.

ADS (Nashville) is headed by industry icon, Mel Mahler, who handled negotiations for the company.  ADS of Melbourne, FL was founded by Alice Walden and her husband, Skip.  Skip passed away several years ago, and the company continued to be managed by Alice.

Alice will remain on as manager of ADS (Nashville operations) in Melbourne.

The transaction was handled by Dorsie Mosher and Ron Davis, Davis Marketing Group, representing the seller, ADS Melbourne.
