Aronson Security Group (ASG) Acquired by ADT

March 9, 2018, Long Grove, IL — Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group today announced that it has assisted Aronson Security Group (ASG), Seattle, WA, in closing its acquisition by ADT of Boca Raton, FL. The acquisition helps fulfill ADT’s vision to increase its commercial security integration capabilities, and to leverage the talent in the acquired companies.

ASG has provided security services for over 55 years and pioneered the industry’s first documented and measurable process for security implementation, called “The ASG Path to Value.” The Company operates primarily in the Pacific Northwest but conducts business nationally.

DMAG continues strong performance into 2018

The ASG acquisition follows ADT’s acquisition of MSE Security last fall, also assisted by DMAG. “Each of these companies are successful security providers. DMAG is fortunate to have been able to develop close relationships with principals in each of the companies we’ve represented.
