Aspen Security Corporation Acquired by ABF Security Systems

May 5, 2014, Long Grove, IL — Aspen Security Corporation, St. Louis, MO. has joined with ABF Security Systems in Fenton, MO. ABF is one of the largest security companies in the Midwest with its own Central Station. Aspen, a thirty-four year old company, is a perfect addition to the ABF family. The owners of Aspen and ABF have known each other for many years, each respecting the other’s company. Steve Rubie, owner of Aspen will remain with ABF in a sales capacity and to help during the transition. The owners of ABF Security, Joe and Mike Polizzi stated that, “This is a perfect fit for us. We’ve known Steve for years and respect what he has built. We will treat his (our new) customers with the great service they have come to expect over the years.”

Assisting Aspen Security in the sale were Dorsie Mosher and Steve Rubin of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
