Electronic Systems of Illinois Acquired by Cross Points Sales, Inc.

January 28, 2013, Long Grove, IL — Cross Points Sales, Inc. (CPSI) of Lockport, IL, recently purchased the assets of Electronic Systems of Illinois, Orland Park, IL.

Jeff Lehr, owner of CPSI, said the transaction was “a perfect fit for our company; truly a win-win transaction for everyone involved.” The employees of Electronic Systems will remain with the company to help grow it to the next level.
