Davis Group Assists Atlas Alarm in Sale to America Alarm

January 16, 2017, Long Grove IL — Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group represented Atlas Alarm Corporation in acquisition by American Alarm of Arlington, Massachusetts.

Founded in 1945 by Michael F. Rich, Atlas Alarm remained family-owned and grew to 53 employees who today serve 3,000 customers in Eastern Massachusetts, including residential, commercial, institutional and government facilities.
“The time was right and American Alarm is the right partner for us,” said Michael J. Rich, son of the founder, and President of Atlas Alarm. “We’ve known the Sampson family for many years and we know that American Alarm is a quality company. Our customers will be the real beneficiaries of our combined expertise.” The Atlas team remains in place and is looking forward to providing comprehensive security service as a part of the American Alarm family.

Representing the sellers, Atlas Alarm, were DMAG executives, Steve Rubin and Ron Davis.
