Dorsie Mosher to Speak at The Alarm Association of Greater St. Louis May Meeting

Long Grove IL, April 29, 2010 —  Ron Davis, President of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group (A.KA. Graybeards) announced that Dorsie Mosher, Vice President of DMAG, will be the featured speaker at the monthly meeting of The Alarm Association of Greater St. Louis. The luncheon meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18 at 11:45 a.m. at Genesis Banquet Center, 2651 Telegraph Rd.,  St. Louis.

Mr. Mosher will discuss several topics, including “How to prepare your business for sale,” “Determining the value of your company” and “The importance of having signed agreements with your customers.”  His presentation is aimed at the owners of alarm companies who are either considering selling their companies or expanding their existing businesses through acquisitions.

Mr. Mosher is a Transaction Manager who specializes in assisting owners of alarm installing companies to develop appropriate exit strategies.
