Mid South Security Systems, LLP Acquires Assets of Hi-Tech Security Systems, Inc.

Long Grove, IL, July 16, 2008 — Frank Basile, president of Mid South Security, announced the acquisition of Hi-Tech Security Systems, Inc. in northeastern Georgia.  Hi-Tech, formerly owned by Ronnie Joe Davis, had a strong presence in the Dalton and surrounding areas of Georgia, and added to the presence of Mid South in the area.

Ronnie Davis, will not remain with the company as he has been in ill health. The accounts of Hi-Tech will be assimilated into Mid South and will be monitored out of the Mid South central station in the Atlanta area. The acquisition of Hi-Tech, along with the prior acquisition of B-Safe Security, has added to the growth of Mid South Security Systems. Both of these transactions were handled by DMG.

This represents the third transaction in which Mid South was involved and handled by Davis Marketing Group.
