National Guardian Corporation moves into St. Louis with acquisition of Eagle Security
Long Grove, IL, December 12, 2006 — National Guardian Corporation of Greenwich, CT, has continued its rapid expansion throughout the United States with a platform acquisition in the St. Louis, Mo. area, with the acquisition of Eagle Security, Inc., headed up by Bob Levy. The acquisition adds over 1,600 accounts owned by Eagle Security and another 6,000 accounts monitored by the company, to National Guardian’s portfolio.
Bob Levy, former owner of the company, will remain as General Manager of the operations in the St. Louis area. Davis Marketing Group, representing Eagle Security, was the intermediary on the transaction, and helped bring the parties together. Commenting on the transaction, President and CEO of National Guardian, George Flagg, had this to say: “It’s always an exciting opportunity to open up a new market, but this one is even more interesting because of the quality and presence that Bob Levy and Eagle Security has in the market.
