Pasek Acquired by DH Pace Transaction assisted by Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group
September 27, 2019, Boston, MA — D.H. Pace, Olathe, KS, today announced the acquisition of the Pasek Corporation of Boston, MA. Pasek was founded in 1876; the roots of D.H. Pace go back to 1926. Since their foundings, both organizations have built strong reputations as national leaders in the commercial door and security industries.
The combined businesses will have roughly 3,000 employees working from over 50 offices in 22 states, dedicated to delivering a complete range of security systems, door and door-related products and services for the complete building lifecycle.
Pasek will continue to operate under its current management team and tradename, continuing its 143 year tradition of delivering excellent service to its customers and providing best-in-class solutions throughout the New England region.
