Per Mar Acquires Indiana Security Services

Per Mar Security Services of Davenport, Iowa, announced the acquisition of Indiana Security Services Inc., Mishawaka, Ind., formally owned and operated since 1972 by William and Linda Humphries. Per Mar announced that Brad Humphries will stay with the company as general manager and will continue to oversee an electronic security customer base of over 2,300 residential and commercial clients in and around northern Indiana and southern Michigan.

Per Mar Security Services is a family-owned business that was established in 1953. With more than 3,500 security professionals operating from offices throughout the Midwest, the company provides custom-designed security solutions for a wide range of clients. These include burglar and fire alarm systems, integrated access control and CCTV systems, uniformed security officer services, business investigation services, security consulting, and special event services. Per Mar operates 21 branch offices located throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska, and now Indiana.

For this acquisition, Indiana Security Services, Inc. was represented by Ron Davis of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group Inc., also known as the Graybeards.
