Allied Security Group Inc., Breckenridge, CO

May 31, 2018, Long Grove, IL — Frank Bauer, President of Proguard Protection Services Inc., announced that his company has acquired the assets of Allied Security Group, Inc., Breckenridge, CO. The transaction included over 1,900 accounts from Allied, along with other assets.

Both Reggie Harmon and Kevin Eisenman, former co-owners of Allied Security, will remain with the company, along with their entire staff, assuring that Allied’s customers will have continued high quality service and support. The company will continue to operate as a branch of Proguard.

Frank Bauer has been responsible for building a powerful security business model in central Colorado. Frank is the second generation “Bauer” to run the company and is thrilled with the acquisition. He commented, “Reggie, Kevin and the team at Allied are a perfect fit for expanding our operation into Breckenridge and surrounding areas. We are very fortunate to be able to have them as part of the Proguard family.”
