San Angelo Security Systems Purchased by Investor Group

November, 2007, Long Grove, IL. — In one of the more significant acquisitions to take place this year, regional Texas player, San Angelo Security Systems was recently acquired by a group of investors.

Representing the investors and managing the new venture will be long time industry veteran, Sean O’Keefe.

The seller, James McClellan, is retiring to pursue other interests.

Included in the acquisition, and in addition to the accounts and business, there was a UL central station that was owned by SASS.  The acquisition group has stated they intend to maintain the presence already established in San Angelo and Abilene, and will continue to manage the central station from the San Angelo location.  Terms and details were not released.  Dorsie Mosher and Ron Davis, Davis Marketing Group, represented the seller in this transaction.
