January 22, 2013, Long Grove, IL — U.S. Alarms/Dynamark Security of Bethlehem, PA, recently purchased the alarm division assets of Deiter Bros/4 Seasons Security, also of Bethlehem, PA.

Tom Bartolacci, owner of U.S. Alarms/Dynamark, said this was “a perfect fit for our company. The main employees of Deiter/4 Seasons will remain to help grow the company to the next level. This is truly a win-win transaction.”
