Vyanet Security and Technology acquires Central Security Services

Long Grove IL, January 15, 2010   Vyanet Security & Technology out of Bend, Oregon, has acquired Central Security Services, Inc. of Temucula, CA.  Will Joyce, the owner of Central Security Services, will stay on through the transition phase.  Employees of Central Security Services will remain with the company.
The transaction was handled by Ron Davis, Managing Partner, of Davis Group, aka The Graybeards, who represented the seller.
