Bruce Amrine, Former President of AA Alarms in Ann Arbor, MI, Joins Davis Marketing Group as Associate

Long Grove, IL, September 29, 2006 — Ron Davis, Managing Partner of Davis Marketing Group, Inc. (DMG) and GraybeardsRus, announces the appointment of Bruce Amrine, former President of AA Alarms in Ann Arbor, MI as an Associate, effective October 1, 2006.

Mr. Amrine will concentrate on developing and increasing DMG’s presence as a prolific and productive “business broker” in the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Amrine’s company, AA Alarms, was acquired by HSM Electronic Protection Services in June 2006. The company, started in 1983, had over 1,500 accounts. The acquisition had been negotiated by Mr. Davis.

A member of BFAAM since the mid ’80s, Mr. Amrine has served on the board for nearly ten years, two of which he spent as Secretary. He most recently served as chair of the Ethics Committee.
