CentralCom Bought Out by Per Mar

Long Grove, IL, March 1, 2006 — Midwest powerhouse, Per Mar, has added another premium acquisition to its Wisconsin operations. CentralCom, of Stevens Point, WI, headed up by industry veterans Kathy and Lee Bernardo, Michael Skalecke and Wayne Hilgart was sold to Per Mar on February 28, 2006. In negotiations for several months, the deal was consummated by Mike Simpson, Vice President of Per Mar and all of the principals of CentralCom. Katie Bally of Davis Marketing Group represented the sellers in this transaction.

CentralCom was a rapidly growing systems integrator and security alarm company. Its operations spread out from central Wisconsin to most of the rest of the state of Wisconsin, and their operations should dovetail comfortably with Per Mar’s operations.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CentralCom’s operations were well known throughout the state, and industry veteran Lee Bernardo is a well respected operator throughout the state.
