Conly Installations of Arkansas Sells Alarm Accounts.

Long Grove, IL, October 31, 2008 — Thomas “Jay” Conly and an undisclosed Buyer had concluded a recent transaction that moved all of Conly’s accounts to the Buyer.

The transaction was completed, on time, Octobr 31, 2008. All of the monitored accounts of the company are now in the possession of the Buyer, and it is the intention of the buyer to retain former employees of Conly to service the accounts.

The sale of these accounts was a planned move by Conly, and was facilitated by Davis Marketing Group. The transaction executive handling this for DMG was Dorsie Mosher, Senior Partner.
