Counterforce (USA) acquires the accounts of Barnhart Security and Alarm, Kansas City, MO

November 5, 2005 Long Grove, IL — Long time industry veteran Dr. Steven R. Barnhart recently concluded a transaction wherein Barnhart Security and Alarm sold its monitored accounts to Counterforce (USA) of Houston, TX.

This transaction had been in the works for some time, and was just concluded. Barnhart, a long time industry veteran and a member of the presidential business commission, was quoted as saying that the sale, which included most of Barnhart’s alarm accounts, went smoothly and closed on time.

While the number of accounts and price paid was not discussed, both Barnhart and Counterforce were delighted with the transaction. Representing Counterforce was Dennis White of their Houston operations, and representing Barnhart was Ron Davis, Managing Partner of Davis Marketing Group.
