Davis Marketing Group Helps Chubb/Counterforce Add Another Market to Its Rapidly Growing Portfolio

June 22, 2004, Long Grove, IL — Once again, Chubb/Counterforce has teamed up with Davis Marketing Group, assisting it in another acquisition. This time, it is the account base of Alarm-Tel, Inc. of Greenville, Mississippi.

Alarm-Tel President, Kenneth Page, has been operating in the Greenville area for over twenty years, and had decided to exit that market and move to another state. When considering opportunities to sell, Mr. Page selected Davis Marketing Group (DMG) to represent him. DMG negotiated the deal with Chubb/Counterforce.

The transaction closed during the second week of June 2004. Mr. Page will still retain an interest in the business, helping to ensure a smooth transition.

Bob Breen, acquisitions executive for Chubb, had this to say, “Chubb is always interested in adding quality books of business to its portfolio.
