Electronic Installations Acquired by ASG Security

Long Grove, IL March 31, 2011 — Electronic Installations (EI) of Wilmington, NC has been acquired by ASG Security of Beltsville, MD, it was announced today.

The transaction was hailed as ideal for ASG due to its existing office in Wilmington. EI owners, Becky and Jimmie O’Daniell commented, “This is a perfect fit for us as well. Most of the employees at EI will be remaining and working for ASG’s Wilmington office.” Co-owner, Jimmie O’Daniell will also be staying with the company.

Ralph Masino, CFO of ASG stated that, “the purchase of EI’s strong customer base strengthens our market position in the area. We are extremely pleased to add EI’s employees and know that ASG will be a great fit for them.”
