Harrison Alarm Service Acquired by B L Technology

Long Grove, IL, March 8, 2011 — Harrison Alarm Systems, Inc., located in Houston, Texas, has been acquired by B L Technology, Inc., with offices in Tomball, Texas.

Mary Harrison, the owner of Harrison Alarm Systems, will be retiring from the company after a brief transition period. Most of the employees will be staying on to continue to service Harrison Alarm Systems customers and to help grow the company.

Dorsie Mosher of Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group represented the seller in this transaction.
