Loud Security Systems Acquires Total Protection Systems

Long Grove IL, January 30, 2010  Loud Security Systems out of Kennesaw, GA has acquired Total Protection Systems out of Lawrenceville, GA.  Marilyn Arroya, the owner of Total Protection Systems, had decided to retire.  John Loud, the owner of Loud Security Systems is actively integrating the Total Protection Systems account base into his own company.

The transaction was handled by Steve Rubin, Vice President of Davis Group, Inc., aka The Graybeards, who represented the seller.
