Secure Max Sells Base of Accounts Using DMG as Advisor

Long Grove, IL. May 25, 2003. Jeff Bercoff, President of Secure Max Alarm Systems in Florida recently sold a substantial base of accounts to Alarm Funding Services (AFS) for a “very good price”. Bercoff went on to say that “we had a target price in mind, and Ron Davis and the Graybeards were able to help us achieve our goal. We
were very satisfied with the transaction.”

Secure Max’ core business is providing video monitoring, but expects to continue providing security services for its rapidly expanding customer base.
